Can you say Eyjafjallajokull?

Well, we are due to leave Thursday, April 29th, but we spent the weekend reading all about the volcano and wondering if, after planning for almost a year, we were going to end up not going after all. We even started looking at Hawaii as a back up plan. Not very Englandish, but further away from Eyfafjallajokull! But it looks like we're going to be going. Flights are heading in and out of Bristol (Bruce checks them twice a day!) and as long as the volcano cooperates, we should be all set!

I’d planned on re-reading Jane (Austen, that is), The Anglo Files by Sarah Lyall and We Bought a Zoo by Benjamin Mee, to get myself psyched for England. But I’ve run out of time for reading up on everything, so now it’s down to figuring out how many travel guides we want to carry and making sure we know how to use all our digital gadgets! Then there's learning to drive on the left side of the road, but as I don’t know my left from my right anyway, I figure I won't have any problem! Yeah, right!

Kristian arrives Wednesday to stay with all the animals and we fly out Thursday. So watch for the continuing escapades of PB and J.
